Be an educational volunteer:

Attend or help lead a self-help or health education group meeting in your area (DM education, weight loss, smoking cessation, etc). Call AHEC Office at 692-1060.

Waimanalo Hui Malama program to improve students conflict resolution, personal development, academic and career development and cultural awareness through use of ocean activites (run by NHCOE). Contact Stephanie Kim, Program Director at 259-2602.

A few ideas for community service projects on Maui:
